Product Description

1 piece of thawed, raw Black Tiger shrimp (Penaeus monodon), the "king of shrimp", with head, shell, and intestines.

Shrimp sizes are given in kg, in this case 2-4 pcs/kg.

Usage

The meat of these "shrimp kings" is slightly sweet and almost reminiscent of lobster meat. Larger specimens are best grilled with head and shell. Peeled specimens can also be used raw. Smaller specimens can be used in various ways.
