Smoked, cooked pork meat product, filled in sheep casing, in a protective gas packaging, with 30% reduced fat content. With the Wiesbauer Premium Light frankfurter, we aim to please our health-conscious consumers who do not want to give up the pleasure of eating frankfurters. The Premium Light frankfurter can be quickly recognized by its blue-toned label.

• Gluten-free, lactose-free, soy-free.

Preparation suggestion

• Place the product in boiling water and cook for one minute.
• Remove from heat and let it stand in the water for 2-3 minutes. After this, the product is ready to eat.
