- Take the linzer dough out of the refrigerator approximately 10 minutes before use.
- Remove the dough from the packaging and roll it out on a floured surface to a thickness of approximately 3-4mm, then cut out the desired shapes.
- Bake on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, on the middle rack of a preheated oven at 180°C (fan-assisted)/190°C (top and bottom heat) for 6-8 minutes until lightly golden.
- Baking time and temperature depend on the oven type and dough thickness.
