Our family started making sausages in 1994, from our own resources, among a small circle of friends, which soon after led to the birth of our first family workshop. Over the years, the small manufacture grew into the current Pap Kolbászműhely, where we now produce the same excellent quality sausages and salamis on a larger scale. We constantly experiment with new products, new ingredients, new spices, but there's one thing we never change: tradition. This tradition, reloaded!
