Use

Microwave: Heat the product in its foil-covered tray for 3.5 minutes at 750 Watts (do not pierce or remove the foil). During heating, the protective foil will start to rise, forming a steam bubble that will heat the product evenly. Let stand for 30 seconds before removing the foil, then taste.

Conventional oven: remove the foil. Preheat the oven to 180°C, place the tray directly in the oven for 20 minutes, then taste.

Chef's suggestion: add fresh basil leaves and grated parmesan cheese.
