PROFUMA Duck liver block

Semi-preserved product made of fattened duck liver, filled in a plastic trapezoid jar.

(Product made from force-feeding in accordance with animal welfare regulations.)

Use

Before consumption, leave the product at room temperature for about 15 minutes, cut around the lid foil with a sharp, pointed blade at the edge of the jar, after which the product can be easily slid out. It can be sliced with a string slicer or a thin-bladed knife dipped in hot water. Excellent for making cold platters, sandwiches, but can also be consumed by heating both sides in a heated pan.

PROFUMA Hungary Kft. has been operating its modern, state-of-the-art food production plant in Szarvas, Békés county, since the beginning of 2017. Their plant mainly produces fattened duck and goose products. These products include, among others, liver preparations with 98% fattened liver content in various packaging. Their main profile also includes the production of smoked and cooked-smoked products, as well as the production of dry goods. In addition to duck and goose preparations, they also produce chicken, turkey and even beef-based products. They smoke their products with beech wood to enhance their aroma and quality.

All their products are lactose, gluten and soy free.

Their plant has IFS quality certification and manufactures its excellent quality products in compliance with a strict and high quality assurance system. Their company keeps in mind that it mainly uses Hungarian raw materials to produce its products.
