Scottish salmon was the first non-French product to receive the Label Rouge seal in 1992. This guarantees the excellent quality and taste of the salmon.

This award requires an officially approved specification sheet with the strictest criteria. These criteria include a complete traceability system from the farm of origin to sale, exemplary farming methods for animal welfare and environmental protection, and lower stocking densities than for conventional salmon. The firm, delicious flesh of Scottish Label Rouge salmon is due to strictly controlled farming conditions, which are highly valued by consumers who appreciate quality and enjoyment.

Usage information

Consume only after thorough heat treatment; use immediately after opening the package.
