White-fleshed, tasty fish. One of the favourites of Mediterranean cuisine. Scaled fillet, in 100-120 gram sizes. Excellent for garden grilling, but can also be easily prepared in the oven. Excellent source of vitamins, Q3 and Q6. Due to their content, regular consumption is highly recommended. As it can be prepared in a short time, it is suitable for a quick, yet healthy, light dinner or lunch. It can be prepared by frying, steaming and over an open fire. With individual seasoning, it can even become a favourite of our children.
