Gourmet beef for soup

The Gurmet Beef for soup is a product in a protective gas packaging of approx. 600 g, made of 60% beef brisket with marrow bone. We recommend it primarily for making beef broth. Sometimes a greenish colour can be seen on the cut surface of the bone, which can be caused by the hot saw or the oxidation of the marrow. This does not affect the quality or durability of the product.

Under the Gurmet brand name, the manufacturer, in addition to the kitchen preparation of whole pieces of individual meats, also carries out special preparations and produces preparations, such as slicing, mincing or marinating. Pork and beef are processed under constant veterinary supervision. Of course, keeping the constant temperature chain.
