Preparation suggestion

Cook the product in boiling water for one minute. Remove from heat and let it stand in the water for 2-3 minutes. The product is ready to eat.

Producer information

The Premium Viennese sausage is an outstanding member of the Wiesbauer product family. Traditionally filled in sheep casing, it is smoked with beech wood during heat treatment, which gives this sausage its distinctive flavour. Its exceptionally fine flavour is the result of the combination of high-quality meat and selected spices used in the production of the product. The product is available in 2x200g packaging, the two chambers of the package can be conveniently separated and opened separately along the perforation. A great favourite of every generation!

Store refrigerated after opening and consume within 2 days.
