Shake before use.

Serving suggestion

You can use it as a carbonated and non-carbonated syrup, lemonade, for cocktails, as a hot drink, for flavoured spritzer, for cakes or as a cake topping, for slush.

Preparation as a syrup:

1. Wash a lemon thoroughly, then cut it into slices.
2. Prepare the ice and lemon slices and put them in a glass.
3. Fill the glass with mineral water.
4. Mix in any proportion with Mayer premium elderflower syrup.
5. Mix everything in the glass.

Producer information

The idea of making syrup came to them when they were looking for natural, preservative-free syrups made from natural ingredients for their own restaurant. Since they couldn't find the right one after a long search, they decided to cook it themselves. At first, they only offered their own brewed drinks to their friends and guests, then after many positive feedbacks they decided to start their own family business and syrup factory, where they make premium Mayer syrups and cordials using natural ingredients, excluding artificial flavours and colourings.

They cook all their products according to their own recipe, and their aim is to fully preserve the original taste of fruits and spices.

Storage

Store in a dry, cool place protected from sunlight. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 2 weeks!
