Product information
Soft, smooth textured cream cheese with crispy sticks.
This is one of the first processed cheeses, created by Léon Bel in 1921 in Franche Comté. It used to be called “Crème de Gruyère” because it was made by melting different hard cheeses, such as Gruyère. Nowadays it is a registered trademark of the Bel group and is sold in round boxes. As this cheese is sterilized and hermetically sealed, it does not need to be refrigerated and can be kept for a long time without its taste being altered. This makes it easy to take with you wherever you go.
Storage
Store between +4 and +8°C.
