Quorn is a frozen meat substitute burger made from mycoprotein, with a mildly spicy flavour. It works well in a burger bun, with salad, or served with a side dish.

Quorn is a product range based on mycoprotein produced through fermentation, available since 1985. The burger is a practical choice for quick lunches or dinners and can be prepared in the oven or on the grill.

Use

In the oven: brush with a little oil and bake at 200 °C for 20 minutes (fan oven: 180 °C). On the grill: on a preheated grill, brush with oil, cook over medium heat, turning regularly.
