About the Producer
Skrabski Winery is located in Balatonudvari on Les-hegy, where wines are produced in a 150-year-old cellar under the guidance of winemaker Réka Szántai, combining traditional winemaking with modern technology. They place great emphasis on utilizing the terroir, which gives their wines a unique flavour profile. Their wines are organically certified and, uniquely in Hungary, have extremely low histamine content.
