Omega-3 (alpha-linolenic acid – ALA) and Omega-6 (linoleic acid – LA) fatty acids, when incorporated into a varied, balanced diet, contribute to maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect can be achieved with a daily intake of 2g ALA and 10g LA. Thanks to the new recipes, those sensitive to milk protein and lactose can also confidently consume Flora Original and Flora Light products, as they are vegan.
