Producer Information

We started the production of our meat industry products with Hízóföld Kft. in 2024 at our Sárrétudvari plant. When manufacturing our finished products, we paid special attention to formulating our recipes so that our products are free from lactose, gluten, soy, GMOs, and flavour enhancers.

Our product ranges, without being exhaustive, include:
- blood sausages/liver sausages
- meat cheeses/head cheeses
- liver pâtés
- smoked and smoked-cooked bacons, smoked products
- heat-treated sausages
- cold cuts, deli meats
- cooked hams
- traditional products made in stone smokehouses
- sausages, thick sausages, salamis
- roasts, fats, which we produce using modern technology and strict quality control to ensure our customers receive the best quality.

Our company name is Hízóföld, which is also our brand name, a term locally associated with Sárrétudvari, traceable back to the time of the Hungarian Conquest.

Our mission in producing our products is also our slogan: Hízóföld - the most beautiful path of meat.
