The idea for Alaplé Bár was born just 2-3 years ago, even though stock itself has been part of their daily work for a long time. Thanks to its beneficial effects, the consumption of long-simmered stocks is regularly recommended for both preventive and therapeutic purposes. Stock has subtly found its way into people's hearts and has become an indispensable part of home kitchens today. It's a rewarding ingredient. Although it simmers for a long time, and in a certain sense is truly "fussy," once it's ready and added to a dish, it's worth all the effort; the result will be richer not only in flavour but also in nutrients. Based on feedback, the idea emerged a few years ago that there would be a demand for it, and how much help it could be if people didn't always have to cook it at home. Initially, it was a quiet thought, but over time the determination became clearer: how great it would be to have a reliable place where it could be purchased and easily accessible to everyone. This has now become a reality in many places.
