Premium Prosecco from the best vineyards in Valdobbiadene, including the "Rive di Miane" (Rive = Vineyard). Extra brut category, 2.5 g of residual sugar. Made from 100% Glera grapes. Its light straw yellow color with greenish edges foreshadows the incredible elegance experienced during tasting. Its aroma is characterized by green apple, Williams pear, white acacia flower, meadow flowers, and citrus. Very long aftertaste. Pairs well with appetizers, fish, seafood, sushi, and medium-aged cheeses. Also excellent as an aperitif.
Ideal serving temperature: 6-8 °C. Storage: in a cool place, away from light and heat sources. Once opened, if the bottle is properly sealed with a champagne stopper and stored in the refrigerator, it will last for 3-4 days.
Remove the stopper, chill to the appropriate temperature, and consume immediately.
