The best steak you can find here. Rump steak is a cut of meat that is found in the back of an animal. The meat is characterized by its high-fat marbling, which gives the meat an unmistakable juiciness and characteristic flavor.

Wagyu (和牛, Wa gyū, "Japanese cattle") is the name for Japanese cattle breeds. Since Wagyu has become extremely famous for producing high-quality beef, it has spread from Japan to other countries and continents.

Why is Wagyu beef so special?

Wagyu cattle are genetically predisposed to intense marbling. These animals are raised on a special diet that provides a high-energy diet for at least 400 days, starting at 18 months of age. This type of feeding results in the development of particularly high intramuscular fat (marbling). The Sutcha Rump steak belongs to the highest, A5+ marbling classification, which corresponds to grade 8+ on the Australian BMS scale.
