Veal liver in a non-edible artificial casing coated with wax 250g - 29% veal liver content
The casing is smooth to the touch, coated with a white waxy dipping compound. Evenly light brown in colour. The distribution of spices is even.
The taste and smell of cooked liver, black pepper and onion can be felt. Pleasantly mild salty taste.
