Beef round

Beef is red meat, it contains a large amount of iron. Beef round is actually the upper, muscular part of the hind legs of the beef. When cutting, it is divided into the following parts: white roast, long topside, round topside. All three types of meat are first-class roast meat. The parts of the beef round are best when stewed and roasted.

Raw meat must be stored and processed separately from other foods! The product requires heat treatment, it is not suitable for human consumption raw!
