Quick-cured, vacuum-packed product. Professionally shaped, continuous bony, leathery muscle group from pork leg. The surface of the smoked product is brownish red, the bacon is yellowish brown, the leathery part is reddish brown. The meat is pink on the cut surface, the bacon is cream white, possibly yellowish brown from the smoke. Pleasantly, slightly salty taste. The smell of smoked cured meat is noticeable, no foreign odours are noticeable.
