Product description
The inside of the veal leg is cleaned, does not contain fat or tendons. We recommend it for roasts in whole piece or sliced.
Recipe:
Marinate the veal leg slices. Marinade suggestion: Whiskey marinade 3 tablespoons whiskey, 1 tablespoon ketchup, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon Worcester sauce, a little ground pepper, 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt to taste. Rub the well-mixed marinade on the meat and it can be roasted immediately. Quick, convenient, delicious!

Our company was founded in 1992, as a small slaughterhouse operator, which then developed dynamically. Over the years, the company has specialized in the slaughter of veal, lamb and sheep. An important element of our business strategy is to increase the consumption of veal and lamb on the domestic market, as well as to expand export markets.
The result of the developments of recent years is the premium products. The production of skin and vacuum-packed meats (aged and seasoned) was brought to life by consumer demand. In addition to normal slaughter, ritual slaughter is also carried out, both "halal" and "kosher", and even contract slaughter is possible in our plant.
