Wiesbauer Sacher Frankfurters

The Sacher sausage is an outstanding member of the Wiesbauer premium quality product family. Traditionally filled in sheep casing, it is made from selected pork and beef. The characteristically long sausage delicacy gets its distinctive taste from the traditional recipe, the spices and the beech wood smoking.
