Székely Cabbage Recipe Video

Preparation
Cut the smoked bacon into small cubes, render the fat, add the sliced Kolozsvár bacon, and fry it. Then add the finely chopped onion, sauté it, then add the garlic. Pour in a little water, sprinkle with paprika and other spices, mix well, and add the diced meat. Cook covered for 10 minutes, then add the cabbage (if necessary, rinse it, even several times).
Cover with a lid and cook, adding a little water several times, until the meat and cabbage are tender.
Serve with sour cream and fresh bread to taste.

- 1 pinch freshly ground mixed pepper
