Péter Pataky, one of the owners, lived in England for more than 3 years, where he completed his college studies while perfecting his sous vide skills alongside renowned Michelin-starred chefs. The other owner, Péter Varga, has been involved in light industry and commerce for 30 years. The common feature of Le GourMate products is that they are made exclusively from high-quality ingredients. It is very important to precisely follow the recipes, and control also plays a prominent role, as the introduction of sous vide products was preceded by a year of careful experimentation.
