Preparation
Chop the onion into small cubes, sauté it in olive oil, then add the finely chopped garlic, canned tomatoes, and diced tomatoes. Season with salt and cook covered over medium heat for about 20 minutes until soft.
Once soft, pour in 2 dl of water, add the dry pasta and basil, and cook covered until tender. Stir occasionally during cooking, and if necessary, add a little more water.
When the pasta is tender, add arugula and serve hot with goat cheese.
