The Hungarian people can be spread on bread, and we love to eat bread with everything. Since it is one of the most basic, delicious, and nutritious foods, we keep a huge selection of it to meet all special needs. Whether it's white, brown, seeded, artisan, sourdough, or gluten-free, we have all kinds available – now complemented by chopped and sliced versions in addition to whole loaves. There are products that we bake locally in our own oven, and the rest are brought to us by selected bakeries such as Marmorstein, Panifico il Basilico (from Szabi, the Baker's oven), Pékköztársaság, Norma, Pano, or A kis pékinas. All fresh bakery products are made according to orders, so our couriers can deliver them almost warm. This collection page was as much needed as a bite of bread, right?

Bread Breaking Occurred

If you don't consume a whole loaf of bread, or you don't like dealing with a bread knife on sleepy mornings, choose from our chopped and sliced breads. You asked for it, we listed it: the quality is the same, only the form is different.

Pano, the Success of Sourdough

PANO Budapest bakery is the realm of Misi the baker, also known as Mihály Juhász, in collaboration with Miklós Mester, who is also a prominent representative of the new wave in Hungary. Their goal is to elevate breads made with natural sourdough to a masterful level, which they believe requires technological discipline, time, patience, humility, and dedication. Although they work with cutting-edge technology, the real secret lies in the quality flour and the sourdough that matures over long hours. The millennia-old traditional sourdough is less taxing on our bodies – as the breakdown of the grain begins during the dough's maturation – resulting in fewer bloating symptoms and more stable blood sugar levels.
