
The Japanese-origin Kikkoman brand has over 300 years of experience in producing the world-famous naturally fermented soy sauce.

Completely naturally brewed
Kikkoman soy sauce is naturally brewed through a six-month fermentation process. The flavors and aromas develop naturally – without the use of any chemicals.
Complex aromas
Approximately 300 different aroma components are created during fermentation, including notes reminiscent of vanilla, fruit, whiskey, or coffee. Although the approximately 300 components occur in such minute quantities that they cannot be identified individually, together they form the unique and original aroma of Kikkoman soy sauce.
