Dill and Garlic Grilled Salmon Recipe
Preparation
Mix the dill with the grated garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil.
Slice the salmon as desired and thoroughly coat it with the previously prepared oil marinade. It's best to let it sit for 1-2 hours, but if you're short on time, you can grill it immediately; it will still be very delicious.
Heat the grill, oil it, then place the fish slices on it and grill for 3 minutes on each side. The cooking time also depends on the thickness of the salmon slices.
Serve with fresh salad to taste. I think a feta tomato salad pairs very well with it.
You can salt it right before consumption, but it's very tasty even without salt!
