Yogurt Semolina Pudding with Fruit Sauce - Recipe Video
Quick, creamy semolina pudding with fruit sauce made from fresh cantaloupe.
Preparation
Add salt to the milk and heat it up. Once the milk is warm, add the semolina and cook it to a thick consistency while stirring continuously. Then remove it from the stove and while still warm, mix in the butter, sugar, and cream, and let it cool.
For the fruit sauce, blend the melon with the mint and honey. Once cooled, add the yogurt, mix thoroughly, and serve layered with the fruit sauce.
You can garnish with melon balls shaped with a melon baller and fresh mint. It's very delicious when warm, but you can also put it in the fridge to set completely.

Ingredients
For the pudding:
- 4 dl milk
- pinch of salt
- 6 dkg semolina
- 3 dkg butter
- 4 dkg sugar
- 1 dl cream
- 12 dkg plain yogurt
For the fruit sauce:
- 30 dkg cantaloupe + for decoration, but any other fruit can be used
- juice of half a lime, freshly squeezed
- fresh mint to taste
- 2 tbsp honey
