Easter Deer Back - recipe video

Would you like to jazz up your salads a bit? We've brought you an easy-to-make Easter ham creamy salad that the whole family will surely enjoy!

 

Preparation

Dissolve the gelatin in lukewarm water, bring it to a boil, then set it aside and let it cool.

 

Add the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, powdered sugar, salt, and pepper to the sour cream, then mix well.

 

Dice the ham, bell pepper, cucumber, and eggs, and fold them into the previously mixed tartar sauce. Add the cooled gelatin, mix well, then pour into a cling film-lined loaf pan and refrigerate for at least 4-5 hours.

 

If there is any leftover mixture, you can also line smaller plates or glasses with cling film and shape the mixture into them. 

 

Preparation time: 30 minutes + cooling

  • 1 dl lukewarm water
  • 12 g gelatin
  • 35 dkg sour cream
  • 30 dkg mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
  • 10 dkg grated cheese
  • 20 dkg ham
  • 1 pc red bell pepper
  • 10 dkg pickled cucumber
  • 6 pcs hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
