Autumn Delicacy for Your Table
Hartai Quail started its journey in 2013 in a small village by the Danube in Kiskunság, as a family business. The establishment of the farm was preceded by extensive research, as we only wanted to deal with products that we would gladly consume ourselves. Since the family is affected by diabetes, it was clear that only products that can be consumed alongside a diet could be considered. We believe in alternative medicine, so quail eggs convinced us that by consuming them, our body receives the necessary nutrients without burdening it.

Our poultry receive a complete feed produced according to our own recipe, which does not contain any artificial coloring. Thus, the eggs are not only very tasty but also healthy. Their energy content is low, with only 15 calories. They are small in size, yet their nutritional content is very rich. Their protein content is outstanding, and they are also rich in vitamins (A, B1, B2, C, D3, E) and minerals (phosphorus, potassium, iron, and zinc).

We will soon celebrate World Egg Day!
World Egg Day is celebrated worldwide on the second Friday of October every year. Crown your dishes with divine quail eggs! They can be used boiled in salads, made into egg cream, or fried for breakfast or as a perfect choice alongside grilled vegetables. Not only will their taste impress you, but also their beneficial effects on the body. Due to their low cholesterol content, they can be safely consumed by those with cardiovascular diseases. Unlike chicken eggs, quail eggs can be eaten raw, as quails have a much warmer body than chickens, allowing them to destroy bacteria in the eggs.

From those eggs that are very small or do not fit into the packaging, we produce pasta. This way, there is no waste, everything is processed. These pastas contain 30 quail eggs per kilogram. Thanks to this significant amount, our pastas swell considerably during cooking, just like those made from chicken eggs.
