Garlic Roasted Ribs Recipe Video

Preparation
I slice the ribs along the bones, season with salt, pepper, and ground cumin, and arrange them in a baking tray.
I pile the peeled, chopped garlic on top, spoon the fat over, pour the water on, cover with dampened baking paper, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius with convection for 20 minutes. Then I reduce the temperature to 150 degrees Celsius, keep the convection on, and bake for 1.5-2 hours.
This amount of time is usually enough for the meat to become tender, but it also depends on the size.
I serve it with mashed potatoes or vegetable stews, according to taste.
