Cloud Langos - Recipe Video

Preparation
Separate the eggs. Add the egg yolks, salt, and baking powder to the curd and mix thoroughly. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then fold them into the curd mixture in several portions.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper, place mounds of the mixture of desired size on it, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius on a convection setting for 12-15 minutes.
The baking time may vary depending on the oven and the size of the flatbreads.
Serve with garlic-flavored light sour cream, vegan sour cream, kefir, or grated light cheese, according to taste.
