- place the meat slice on glowing (not flaming) charcoal or (not too hot) olive oil

 

- cook the meat to the desired doneness, with a meat thermometer this will be a breeze, everything is written on it

 

 - after cooking, let the steak rest under aluminum foil for a few minutes

 

 - season the meat slice at the very end, but only lightly: a little salt and pepper is enough for the perfect result
