Delicious Chicken Breast with Bacon Flavor, Red Fruit Chutney - Recipe Video
Preparation
Add the paprika, grated garlic, salt, and pepper to the oil, then mix thoroughly.
Cut the chicken breast lengthwise into strips about 1 cm wide, then make incisions in the strips starting from the thinner part, leaving about half a cm at the end intact, where I insert a slice of bacon and braid it.
Place the braids on a baking tray, brush with the spiced oil, cover with dampened baking paper, and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees with fan setting for 20 minutes. Then remove the paper, drizzle the braids with the juice, and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes to brown nicely.
Serve with croquettes and homemade red fruit chutney.
