Cottage Cheese Doughnut Recipe Video
Preparation
With a fork, mash the cottage cheese, mix it thoroughly with the egg and sugar, then add the flour and baking soda and mix well.
Using a teaspoon, drop small doughnuts into hot oil, fry them to a golden brown at medium temperature, then place them on a paper towel to drain.
The doughnuts will turn over by themselves while frying.
Roll them in cinnamon sugar or sprinkle with cinnamon powdered sugar to taste.
Serve with jam or sweet vanilla sour cream.
