Moroccan Chicken Bites - Recipe Video

Preparation
Finely chop the onion, grate the garlic, and mix it with the other ingredients except for the salt. Toss in the chicken breast cut into desired pieces and place it in the refrigerator for a few hours.
If you don't have time to marinate, you can cook it immediately. Salt the marinated meat just before cooking, then grill or fry it in a hot pan, turning frequently.
Serve sprinkled with chopped coriander, with fresh salad and couscous, to taste.

- 3 cloves of garlic
- zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander
- 1 dl olive oil
- 600 g chicken breast fillet
