The tasks related to the execution of the consumer promotion (hereinafter: “Promotion”) are carried out by A4C Marketing Kft. (Tax number: 12328451-2-43, Company registration number: 01-09-666794; registered office: 1092 Budapest, Bakáts tér 2.), as the organizer (hereinafter: “Organizer /Data Processor”).

The manufacturer of Heineken products, the organizer of the Promotion is Heineken Hungária Sörgyárak Zrt. (Company registration number: 08 10 001541; registered office: 9400 Sopron Vándor Sándor út 1. mailing address: 9400 Sopron, Vándor Sándor út 1. (hereinafter: “Organizer/Data Processor”).

Kifli.hu Shop Kft. (Tax number: 26693075-2-44, Company registration number: 01-09-339560; registered office: 1106 Budapest, Jászberényi út 45.) is the data controller of the personal data of players registering for the prize game (hereinafter: “Data Controller”).

Based on the agreement between the Organizer and the Data Controller, the parties run a Promotion, within the framework of which, based on the data provided by the Data Controller, the Organizer, in cooperation with the Data Controller, determines and identifies the winners and acts in connection with the handover of prizes.
