Spicy Pork Strips in Beer Batter Recipe

Everyone loves schnitzel, but sometimes it's good to break away from the usual. Now Gastrohobbi has spiced up the simple recipe with beer, giving the dish an exceptionally soft coating. Do you already have your next Sunday lunch planned?

Preparation

Cut the meat into strips about two fingers wide, season with salt and pepper, add the marjoram, grated garlic, and paprika, mix thoroughly and set aside while you prepare the batter.

Add the egg and half of the beer to the flour, season with salt, and mix until smooth with a hand whisk, then dilute with the remaining beer.

Coat the seasoned meat in flour, then in the batter, and fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.

Serve with mashed potatoes, fresh salad, or pickles, according to taste.

Preparation time: 30 minutes

  • 50 dkg pork loin

  • 1 tsp paprika
