Spicy Pork Strips in Beer Batter Recipe
Preparation
Cut the meat into strips about two fingers wide, season with salt and pepper, add the marjoram, grated garlic, and paprika, mix thoroughly and set aside while you prepare the batter.
Add the egg and half of the beer to the flour, season with salt, and mix until smooth with a hand whisk, then dilute with the remaining beer.
Coat the seasoned meat in flour, then in the batter, and fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
Serve with mashed potatoes, fresh salad, or pickles, according to taste.
