Rabbit meat is the healthiest meat, due to its low cholesterol and fat content, and its richness in vitamin B12 and unsaturated fatty acids, it can be included in almost any diet; and it is often used to make baby food. Due to its easy preparation, housewives also like it, it is an indispensable ingredient of summer grill parties.

The activity of Olivia Kft is the production of quality rabbit meat. The company founded in 1991 operates in Lajosmizse and its surroundings. Everything starts with their own feed mixing plant, where they produce feed from local, GMO-free raw materials. Breeding takes place on 4 farms, in accordance with European and the strictest Swiss animal welfare regulations. These rabbits live stress-free, in human care, as opposed to their wild counterparts. They do not starve, are not exposed to fear of predators and other environmental hazards. Processing takes place at the Lajosmizse slaughterhouse. In order to guarantee high quality, the most important task is control along the value chain, which starts with feed production and ends on the shelves of stores. This is why they have their own feed mixer, their own animal husbandry system and their own meat processing.

Store between 0-2 °C. Requires thorough heat treatment before consumption.
