Producer information

100% Alpine milk from family farms. They use only Alpine milk to produce the world's most tender chocolate. They have consciously decided to work exclusively with Alpine milk, because the excellent quality, tenderly produced milk makes the chocolate truly magical.

The milk they use comes from an Alpine region of 100 square kilometres, from 800 quality farms, each of which looks after an average of 60 cows. The production of Alpine milk requires exceptional care, which is the only way to obtain really creamy milk and fine chocolate.

For 120 years, Milka has been supporting local Alpine dairy farms by sourcing milk from small, often family-run farms over generations. They are proud to be able to help local farms make a living, which is why they unswervingly uphold this noble tradition of support.
