The salt flakes originate from underground salt sources in Villena, are harvested by hand, and then dried with the help of the Alicante wind and Mediterranean sunshine.

The red wine salt, as its name suggests, is salt infused with red wine, obtained from the Catalan Priorat region, known for its powerful yet elegant wines from the Spanish Priorat district.
