Le Grand Lejon is the largest producer of smoked and marinated fish products in northern Brittany, who has been making its products according to old traditions since 1953. Storage

Store at room temperature, in a dry place. After opening, it can be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.

Use

The special Breton lobster cream soup is already perfectly ready to cook in the jar. So all you have to do is heat it up in the traditional way in a pot on the stove or in a microwave. You can enhance its creaminess by adding 1 dl of cream before heating.
