Le Grand Lejon is the largest producer of smoked and marinated fish products in northern Brittany, who has been making its products according to old traditions since 1953. At room temperature, in a dry place. After opening, it is recommended to store in the refrigerator.

Use

Rillettes and dips are most often eaten for breakfast or dinner as a main meal. In addition, we can make canapé sandwiches for parties, appetizers for guests or lunch with them. Due to their long shelf life and packaging, they can be easily taken anywhere: picnic, workplace, school, excursion. Most often consumed on toasted bread, toast or salty biscuits, but can also be added to blinis (Russian-style yeast pancakes). You can also offer fresh salad, seasonal vegetables, and spicy onion confit (link) with the rillettes. Dips can be dipped with various chips, snacks, grissinis or even raw vegetables cut into strips (celery, cucumber, carrot)
