Over the past 40 years, numerous innovations have been associated with the name m-Gel. Among these, it was outstanding in the 80s that we were the first in the country – and perhaps in Europe – to develop a powder mix called a neutral base or fruit base, which significantly simplified ice cream making for confectioneries, while always providing a uniform ice cream base. In addition to the bases, new and new flavored ice cream powders appeared continuously, from which cream ice cream can be made extremely easily using the cold process. We were pioneers in the production of fruit ice cream powder by enriching our ice cream powders with spray-dried fruit pieces, thus ensuring an even more intense flavor for the finished product.
