Use

Before first use, place in boiling water for 5 minutes, use enough water to prevent damage. For proper hygiene, thoroughly clean the product with mild dish soap and water before each use, then sterilize. We recommend using the NUK sterilizer. For proper hygiene, squeeze out any remaining liquid from the nipple after cleaning or sterilizing and allow to dry. Do not clean the nipple in the dishwasher, as the detergents used in it can damage the material. For sterilization in the microwave: first fill the box with water up to the indicated level, then place the nipple in the water in the box. Place the box in the center of the turntable for even heating and to prevent damage to the material. IMPORTANT! Heat the closed box at the power level indicated on it. Please also follow the instructions provided with your microwave. Leave sealed in the appliance for another 5 minutes. Caution! There is a risk of scalding even after 5 minutes! If the amount of water, time or power is not correct, it can damage the product! Pour out the remaining water and allow the nipple to dry in the open box. Check the nipple before use to make sure it is not hot. Keep the box out of reach of children. Only suitable for NUK nipples. Store clean, dry and protected from sunlight.

Safety warning

Check the condition of the nipple before each use and pull it in all directions. Discard immediately if you notice the first signs of damage or thinning. Please check the feeding nipple especially during teething. Some children may bite harder on it from time to time, which can damage the material or even tear it. If necessary, give your child a teether. Only use a functional nipple holder that complies with the MSZ EN 12586 standard. Never attach other cords or ribbons to the nipple, as the child could choke on them. Do not expose to direct sunlight or heat, or disinfect for longer than prescribed, as these can weaken the nipple material. In extremely rare cases, children manage to put the nipple completely in their mouths, in which case DO NOT PANIC! Thanks to the special design, the nipple cannot be swallowed and the two suction holes ensure proper breathing. In such a case, remove the nipple from your child's mouth as gently as possible. Do not dip the nipple in medicine or sweet substances and do not lick it. Such cases can cause tooth decay in your child. For safety and hygiene, replace the nipple every 1-2 months. This is of paramount importance, as although there is no visible damage to the nipple, the material may thin. In the case of nipples with a cover, keep the nipple's removable protective cover away from children to avoid choking. Latex nipples are made from natural latex rubber and may cause allergic reactions. Please keep the product information and article number/lot identification marking. The nipple complies with the requirements of EN 14350.
