Pre-baked, quick-frozen sourdough semi-finished product. "If there is bread, there is everything!"  The base of the rustic peasant bread is wheat flour. Its surface is sprinkled with flour, it contains a lot of sourdough in proportion.  Ambropek breads and bakery products are made from quality ingredients, with real, long-aged sourdough, based on traditional and newly developed recipes.

Preparation suggestion

  • Defrost the product at room temperature for 180 minutes.
  • Bake the product without pre-defrosting in a preheated fan-assisted oven at 190 °C for 12 minutes. After baking, let the product rest on the baking tray for at least 20 minutes for the heat equalization process to take place. A small amount of steam is recommended during baking. If the oven does not have a steam function, it is recommended to moisten the surface of the products with water before baking.

Storage
