Bake in a fan-assisted oven at 190 degrees for 16-22 minutes until golden brown.

Visiting various bakeries, they realised that those real, home-made flavours that only grandma knew and which we always craved for, have almost completely disappeared by now. That's why they recalled the times of generations ago to find the solution in the basics. After all, what could have a greater impact on pastries than their very basis, the dough? The authentic home-made flavour was provided by the "blundel", a puff pastry spread with butter.
